Solen is born out of a desire to merge the rustic, sun-drenched warmth of Mediterranean hearth cooking with pure, fresh Scandinavian ingredients. We bake our sourdough in brick ovens, fire-roast heritage vegetables over ash wood, and serve small plates celebrating biodynamic farming.
